In a temporary lapse of judgement between Christmas and New Year I decided it would be a great idea to sign up for a 10k run.

Now, I don’t run. I barely even exercise. So this was quite the challenge for me.

I decided to support  Herts Young Homeless charity. For those of you who don’t know, they help prevent youth homelessness in Hertfordshire through outreach, mediation, and education.
