Inclusivity Statement
Last updated: January 2025
At Two Shoes Creative, our commitment to inclusivity is ongoing. We are passionate about improving and inclusive culture and practices within our business.
If you feel there are any steps we could take to improve inclusion, please get in touch with us at info@twoshoescreative.com. Alternatively, you can voice-mail us through Instagram at instagram.com/twoshoescreative
We value inclusivity and commit to being an ally of all marginalised communities, including neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and The Global Majority.
We commit to ensuring our practices and space are safe for you and that you feel seen and heard.
We do this by:
- Using inclusive language
- Respecting pronouns
- Using diverse representation in imagery and copy
- Working towards more accessible practices
- As part of our commitment to active allyship, we also advocate for diverse and inclusive practices on client projects
We only work with those who align with our values of inclusivity and accessibility. We will not tolerate hate or discrimination, and in such cases, we will end our relationship with you immediately and without notice.
From our Founder, Emily
As the founder of Two Shoes Creative, it’s important to me that we collaborate with and associate with people of the same values. As someone who has experienced privilege, I strongly value being an active ally, from the events we attend to the collaborations we make both online and in person.
If you have any questions about this or our accessibility statement, please contact us in one of the ways listed above.
We will review and update this statement every 6 months.
