At Two Shoes Creative, our commitment to accessibility is ongoing. We are passionate about improving accessible practices within our business.

These are some accessible practices we have implemented and/or are working towards in 2025.
Website
- Accessible typefaces
- Adequate colour combinations
- Captioned videos

Meetings – Online
- At the time of booking, you are given options for a Zoom video call or phone call. You can also change this at any time.
- We use Zoom video calls with captions enabled.
- We offer the option to record the call.
- We understand if you need movement breaks or need to use fidget tools.
- We appreciate that everyone processes information in different ways. Please be assured that any and all questions are welcomed, and we will break information down in a way that suits you.
Social Media
- We add alt text to captions.
- We add captions to all videos.
- We will accept and respond to voice notes.
We only work with those who align with our values of inclusivity and accessibility. We will not tolerate hate or discrimination, and in such cases, we will end our relationship with you immediately and without notice.
From our Founder, Emily
As the founder of Two Shoes Creative, it’s important to me that we collaborate with and associate with people of the same values. As someone who has experienced privilege, I strongly value being an active ally, from the events we attend to the collaborations we make both online and in person.
